These are twice a day and contain 40 mg of niacin, folic acid 400 mg, 6 mg vitamin B-12, 600 mcg Panthonenic Botin acid 92 mg, 30 mg of chlorophyll, 100 mg iodine, zinc oxide 20 mg, 10 mg manganese gluconate, PABA 30 mg and 4 mg of each of the essential amino acids.
I was advised to take biotin, which said I bought a bottle with 1000 mcg of vitamin A capsules and take it one day.
I was also advised to take daily vitamin B-complex vitamins.
Someone said that prenatal vitamins are good for hair growth.
I take a daily multivitamin, too.
