If you break the rules, then wait until the penalty. If the punishment, they remember the rules, then it is probably a very good job.
But do not forget that "life is not fair." Do not expect that everything will somehow work reasonable and balanced. Many things will seem unfair, but the same world. For example, you probably have a house to live, but not others. Is it fair? More unjust punishment, so the guy can be.
