I am currently a temp agency and have a job offer I received my current employer. Under a contract for the agency's staff can not accept a job offer for a period of 12 months after the award without prior notification to the Agency. Of course there is provision for the affairs of the Agency for a hefty fee for hiring me could be free and informed me that the company is not likely to pay rent, a car just for me, and for the position of my account . - It is somehow possible that I can accept this offer without any load, and without accepting the legal consequences of me?
